I have a specialty in Career coaching that is founded on the entire individual from a holistic life wellness foundation.

A customizable leadership training & development program, called Flourishing Pathways, based on the principles of Positive Psychology facilitated by a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and Gallup Strengths coach with over 20 years of international corporate consulting & coaching experience with fortune 500 organizations and numerous individual clients.

Individualized coaching and customized consulting services are available that support tapping into an individual's potential. My holistic wellness coaching approach for life, career, and wellness are targeted to address the full person's mind, body, and soul. Everything begins and ends with the person.

Flourishing Pathways, LLC offers targeted coaching services for Life, Career, and Wellness. All coaching services are founded on Strengths coaching and positive psychology. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations. Individuals have vast potential...coaching relationships only allow those strengths to flourish. Partnering can enable each person to reach their potential which is my primary goal. I believe each person is an asset with untapped potential.
